Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify market opportunities and potential clients within the corporate sector.
Analyze sales data to formulate effective strategies and optimize sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients key accounts and fleet customers.
Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts terms and pricing agreements to ensure profitable deals.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and manage the corporate sales team providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
Set clear sales goals monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:

Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
Utilize insights to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive edge in the market.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing product development and aftersales service teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with dealerships and regional sales teams to implement corporate sales initiatives effectively.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the corporate sales budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Monitor expenses and profitability taking corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for management review.
Present findings progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior management


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Years of proven experience in corporate sales preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred). Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
