Sales Forecasting and Analysis:
- Assist in analyzing market trends customer preferences and competitor activities to forecast sales volumes and trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and projections based on historical data market insights and sales pipeline analysis.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Support the Sales Planning Manager in developing strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product management and finance to align strategies and priorities.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and product demand to optimize stock allocation and availability.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics including sales volume market share and profitability.
- Identify deviations from sales targets and recommend corrective actions to achieve objectives.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis on market dynamics consumer behavior and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking and market positioning.
Sales Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare regular sales reports presentations and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate sales performance forecasts and strategic initiatives effectively across the organization.
Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes improve efficiency and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and standards to optimize sales planning and forecasting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Years of experience in sales planning business analysis or strategic planning preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- Excellent organizational communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
