Job Description

Tracie Healthcare Solutions GmbH is a startup for software solutions in the medical field. It is a corporate venture of the leading laboratory product manufacturer Greiner BioOne (GBO).

Our software provides process optimization for the preanalytical phase of laboratory diagnostics through digitalization. Our goal is to improve sample collection and reduce errors to ultimately increase patient safety. Several hospitals and laboratories in Europe use our software in routine patient care every day.

When you become part of Team Tracie youll contribute to digitalization and quality improvement in healthcare.

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Lead (m/f/d) based in Munich fulltime or parttime.

Driven by a clear mission for strong growth as the Lead of Sales Marketing and Customer Success you will be the link between our international channel partners customers and the Tracie team. You and your team will:

  • be the main contact persons for GBO sales teams & international dealers
  • buildup their competence to sell consulting intensive software projects as part of digital solutions
  • manage implementation projects of customers and be responsible for the customer relationship
  • collaborate closely with GBO marketing to provide sales support for solution selling.

Tasks

  • Minimum five years of experience in B2B Sales Marketing Customer Success and Project Management thereof two in a leadership position
  • Experience in building up and scaling up business processes
  • Several years of experience in software / solution selling in health care / life science field and project sales & management
  • Strong competence in stakeholder management
  • Handson and strong in problem solving through solutionoriented mentality
  • Highly motivated to get things done
  • Young at mind startup mentality
  • German native speaker fluent in English Italian or French are a plus
  • Technical background can be a plus

Requirements

  • Buildup and lead a successful sales marketing and customer success team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners: first contact person for sales and marketing topics for international GBO sales teams and other channel partners
  • Define and implement strategies to ensure that channel partners show the highest possible commitment to selling Tracie software and are empowered to fully represent Tracie in front of end customers
  • Responsible for sales and marketing budget including planning and forecasting
  • You represent the voice of the customer in our leadership team
