Tasks
- Engage with Carly users across forums social media and events. Implement and oversee activities to boost participation.
- Create blog posts social media updates and tutorials on car issues. Ensure content is engaging and meets user needs.
- Monitor and moderate discussions to maintain respect and focus. Handle user interactions sensitively and ensure guideline compliance.
- Build relationships with users brand ambadors and influencers. Promote the platform and encourage user advocacy.
- Use AI tools to enhance engagement automate moderation and gain insights. Optimize AI for community goals and user satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to grow and sustain an engaged community. Manage projects to ensure timely and successful .
Requirements
- You have 2 years of proven experience in community engagement content management project management or a related field.
- You have a Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field. Certifications in social media community or project management are a plus.
- You are fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- You have strong interpersonal ss for building relationships and engaging with Carlys community. You are active in online communities with an understanding of community dynamics.
- You are pionate about cars with a keen interest in helping car owners and enthusiasts. Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus.
- You are proficient with social media platforms and tools like Facebook Twitter Instagram Hootsuite and Buffer.
- You have experience with AIdriven community management tools for engagement and moderation.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong organizational ss to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. You are selfmotivated and capable of working independently and in a team.
