Job Description
Regulatory changes in the EU are requiring 50.000 companies and financial institutions to measure and report their sustainability performance within the next 2 years. Atlas is set to become the partner of choice by combining stateofart ESG and engineering expertise in a highly intuitive product experience.
To support our growth we are looking for an ambitious Strategy & Operations Intern (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Berlin.
Tasks
- Administrative tasks across finance legal HR and recruiting including managing our HRIS tool.
- Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects in close collaboration with the operations and management teams.
- ist with recruitment processes and onboarding and optimizing HR workflows.
- Support the finance team with budgeting cost ysis and reporting.
- Organize our quarterly team events and take full ownership of planning and Taking ownership of key projects and isting the team in an agile working environment.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a top European business school and have completed at least your 4th semester of a Bachelors degree.
- You have a keen interest in gaining experience in a variety of areas including finance HR legal and operations.
- You are highly organized structured in your work and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You bring a high level of initiative and are eager to take responsibility for your own projects.
- Fluency in both English and German is required both written and spoken.
- Candidates must be in Berlin for this role.
