We are headquartered in Berlin and serve more than 10.000 customer across Germany Austria and the UK.
As Lead Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) you play an incremental role in ToolTimes growth by forming strong bonds with key stakeholders within the trades industry.
Your mission
- Identify: You will develop a longterm strategy and identify partnership opportunities for us to grow our business.
- Win: You will reach our proactively build relationships and negotiate deals and contracts terms in our favour.
- Grow: You will maintain relationships and ensure sustainable longterm growth of our partnerships.
- Mentor: You will mentor and motivate a team member providing guidance and support to achieve collective objectives.
Requirements
At best you bring the following with you
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience where at least 3 are in a role related to growth and/or partnerships strategy. Alternatively youve a consulting background in a strategic projects supporting corporate clients with related topics.
- Relationship Building: Strong ss in networking and building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster longterm success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation ss in German and English. Proficiency in German at a native level is a must.
- Leadership and Team Management: Capability to lead and motivate a team providing guidance and support to achieve collective objectives.
- Sales and Negotiation: Ability to negotiate deals and legal contracts effectively ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving ss to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Strategic Planning and market research: Ability to develop longterm strategies to achieve business goals including market ysis competitive ysis and identifying new business opportunities.
- Financial Aen: Understanding of financial principles and ability to develop and manage budgets forecast revenue and yse business performance.
- Travel for work: Willingness to travel twice a month for short trips (12 days) in Europe
