As a Senior Product Manager you will be shaping what we build & how expertly transforming our customer and business needs into digital applications. You will be creating firstofakind digital products in an industry running mostly on Excel and building in this blue ocean market with us!
Tasks
As a senior product manager you will be responsible to run product processes across various departments standalone. Wellversed in the entire product journey from user research design thinking project management design and technology you will be working across the most challenging business problems of our business.
- Customer research & design thinking: strong ability to empathize with users gather insights through interviews and testing and apply design thinking principles to create usercentric products.
- Create Products: Create and manage detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Leading projects: Lead crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver new features and improvements.
- Monitor Product Performance: Monitor product performance and iterate based on datadriven insights and KPIs most importantly customer feedback
- Product Roadmap: Collaborate directly with our founder to align product goals with company objectives and ensure successful delivery on timelines.
Requirements
- 5 years of work experience (of which 3 years in product management) preferably in a tech startup or other fastpaced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing the full product lifecycle independently.
- Strong understanding of agile development odologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- ytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration ss with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problemsolving ss and attention to detail with the ability to balance shortterm deliverables with longterm product vision.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello or similar) and ytics tools (e.g. Google ytics Mixpanel or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced ambiguous environment demonstrating strong adaptability and leadership.
