Role Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leadership by managing calendars travel expenses
Prepare presentations reports and coordinate with global teams
Ensure timely completion of deliverables for seamless execution
Conceptualize budget plan and execute annual company programs
Track attendee registrations logistics vendors/suppliers related details
Analyze post event feedback and present recommendations report

Sharp business acumen with ownership mindset
Excellent time management abilities juggling multiple tasks
Meticulous attention to detail as finishing quality is vital
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
