Job Description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidates will have a pion for sales excellent communication ss and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain product features benefits and pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to ensure sales conversion.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions professionally manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
Qualification: Any degree
- 2years of experience in telesales telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication ss in Tamil and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ss.
