Job Description
1. Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored
solutions.
Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs pain points and
business objectives.
Present technical aspects of Leapswitchs offerings including CloudJiffy BareMetal
Servers and CloudPe.com to prospective clients.
2. Solution Design:
Design and recommend cloud server and hybrid infrastructure solutions based on
customer requirements.
Create and deliver customized proposals solution architectures and cost estimates.
Map customer requirements to Leapswitchs products and services ensuring alignment
with best practices.
Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC):
Lead product demonstrations and POC implementations to showcase the value of our
solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful POC delivery and troubleshooting.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing RFPs RFIs and tender documents.
Provide indepth technical training and enablement for the sales team.
Address customer objections and articulate solutions that highlight competitive
advantages.
Market and Product Expertise:
Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing IaaS and virtualization
technologies.
Provide feedback to product teams to align offerings with market demands and customer
expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Experience:
5 years in presales solution architecture or a related technical role in cloud or hosting
industries.
Strong experience with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware HyperV OpenStack).
Knowledge of containerization and PaaS solutions like Kubernetes and CloudJiffy.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in cloud and server technologies including IaaS networking storage and
security.
Handson experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to translate technical details into business value propositions.
