Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and providing leadership to a team of sales professionals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven track record of successful sales management with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Architecture & Construction Industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Indepth knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
