Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & :
- Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals to promote architectural and construction services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competition within the architecture and construction industries.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives including brand positioning client acquisition and project promotion.
Content Marketing:
- Develop and oversee a content marketing strategy that includes blogs case studies whitepapers project showcases video content and industry insights.
- Ensure content is tailored to architecture and construction audiences demonstrating company expertise in design project management and construction innovation.
Website & SEO Management:
- Manage and optimize the company website ensuring it is uptodate SEOfriendly and effectively showcases the portfolio of architectural and construction projects.
- implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee social media strategy for platforms like LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook with a focus on showcasing completed projects design processes and industry involvement.
Email Marketing & CRM:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing project updates and industry news.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment customer lists and deliver personalized marketing messages to prospective and existing clients.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics SEO platforms and social media insights.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI with a focus on lead generation and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the design project management and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns accurately represent the company s service offerings and unique value proposition.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or a related field.
Experience: minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Architecture or construction industry is a plus
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads Google Analytics SEO platforms social media management tools and CRM software
Experience with content management systems
