Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in potential client organizations.
- Effectively organize and conduct high profile corporate presentations negotiate and follow up to close deals.

Requirements
SALES MANAGER
- Bachelor s Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance
- A minimum of two years experience in sales leadership role
- Good people management and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to recruit talented agents provide field support coordinate organize lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excel on the job.
- Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and nonverbal)
- Ability to build good relationships network and broker business deals
- Skilled in sales forecasting good decisionmaking and a solutions provider
- Proficiency in computer software (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
COPORATE SALES MANAGER
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Insurance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate Sales Manager role preferably within the life insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Indepth knowledge of life insurance products particularly group life credit life and welfare policies.
- Highly motivated selfdriven and resultsoriented.
