About Us:

We are a leading Forex training institute dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the dynamic world of foreign exchange markets. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for education we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients who could benefit from your companys financial products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and serve as the primary contact person. This includes regular interaction to understand their needs promote products overcome challenges and ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote our forex brokerage services to prospective clients and partners and convert leads into buying customers. This could involve presentations creating and distributing marketing materials and participating in industry events.
  • Regularly analyse the forex market trends competitive landscape and customer behaviour to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals including setting sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams such as the marketing team to create effective strategies that push for customer acquisition & retention and the product team to ensure the product is fitting to the clients needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to facilitate sales and increase revenue ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities successes and challenges and forecasting future sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or a Diploma in Business Marketing Finance Economics or related field is desirable.
  • Minimum of 35 years experience in sales account management or a related role.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the education insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Profound knowledge of forex trading markets trends and principles.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and platforms (CRM tools data analytics etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strongly customerfocused with a commitment to excellent client service.
  • Ability to work independently handle multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience in dealing with key/strategic accounts would be advantageous.
