Sales Executive

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for education we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients who could benefit from your companys financial products and services.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and serve as the primary contact person. This includes regular interaction to understand their needs promote products overcome challenges and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote our forex brokerage services to prospective clients and partners and convert leads into buying customers. This could involve presentations creating and distributing marketing materials and participating in industry events.
- Regularly analyse the forex market trends competitive landscape and customer behaviour to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals including setting sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams such as the marketing team to create effective strategies that push for customer acquisition & retention and the product team to ensure the product is fitting to the clients needs.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to facilitate sales and increase revenue ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities successes and challenges and forecasting future sales.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of forex trading the companys platform and services to inform clients a
- Address customers complaints and solve problems to make sure of customer satisfaction and retention and answer queries.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or a Diploma in Business Marketing Finance Economics or related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 35 years experience in sales account management or a related role.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the education insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Profound knowledge of forex trading markets trends and principles.
- Familiarity with relevant software and platforms (CRM tools data analytics etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strongly customerfocused with a commitment to excellent client service.
- Ability to work independently handle multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in dealing with key/strategic accounts would be advantageous.
