Job Purpose:
Seeking a Telesales Executive Intern to generate orders manage the entire customer order and invoicing process reconcile accounts source customers via social media handle walkins ensure customer satisfaction and develop a customer engagement database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to call both existing and prospective customers to generate orders.
- Manage customer order fulfillment process from order taking order capturing PO generation managing intransit tracking and delivery.
- Manage the invoicing process ensure customers receive their invoices for all transactions.
- Manage customer account reconciliation and statement of transactions monthly.
- Source for customers via social media platforms.
- Sell to walkin customers in the office.
- Responsible for feedback system by ensuring customers are happy and consistently willing to do business with us.
- Develop and manage customer database birthday wedding anniversary etc to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- Confident and friendly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with direct customers effectively vendors/distributors on the telephone.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced goaldriven environment.
- Previous or present experience in the Spirits Wine/bottling industry will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the market/consumers in Kenya
- Call Centre experience is an added advantage.
- It should be based in Nairobi.
BSc degree in Marketing or related field. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales from the big FMCG firms. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
