Job Purpose:
As a Telesales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our HR consulting services through outbound calls. Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA K or CFA certification 10 years of proven experience working as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a busy Manufacturing Environment. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including financial reporting standards GAAP/IFRS, and tax laws. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic insights. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, WMS, and advanced spreadsheet applications. Knowledge and appreciation of internal controls, finance, or risk management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
