Job Description

Job Purpose:


As a Telesales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our HR consulting services through outbound calls. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our services can help solve their HR challenges.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our HR consulting services.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promoting the brand and increasing client enrolment.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and needs analysis. Present and explain the benefits of our.
  • HR solutions to prospects tailoring your approach to meet their specific requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and our service offerings to position our effectively solutions in the market.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales customer service or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in challenging situations. Diploma or a degree in sales marketing or a related field


Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA K or CFA certification 10 years of proven experience working as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a busy Manufacturing Environment. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including financial reporting standards GAAP/IFRS, and tax laws. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic insights. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, WMS, and advanced spreadsheet applications. Knowledge and appreciation of internal controls, finance, or risk management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with relevant stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information
