Urgent requirement of Sr. Support Engineer - Perm/Contract - Sydney
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and related peripherals
- Knowledge of wired and wireless network technologies
- Skills in supporting of all versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Strong knowledge and experience in support of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Formal qualifications or certifications in Information Technology and/or Computer Science
- Proven experience with remote networking technologies and in desktop and helpdesk support
- Deliver world class IT support to onsite and remote executives
- Setup and monitor high priority executive meetings utilizing collaboration and AV services
- Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as needed
- Act as a resource for IT projects and initiatives in other functional areas as needed
- Maintain a strong customer service and resolution focus within the service target window either resolve the customer issue or obtain information required for more specialist resource to resolve the issue
- Be actively involved in Group Lead Strategic Programs of work
- Very Good Communication Skills
Duration: Permanent / 6 Months and possible extension
