HR Director

We are seeking to hire a Top Notch "HR Director" for a leading "Medical Equipment Distribution" group with its HQ in Saudi Arabia. The position will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

HR Director duties and responsibilities

• Developing and implementing human resources policies.
• Supporting strategic objectives.
• Improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness
• Implement strategies that support business growth.
• Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
• Motivating and supporting current staff.
• Strengthen relations between staff and employers
• Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
• Designing and directing training programs.
• Promote the organization's values
  

HR Director skills and requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
• At least five years of human resource management experience required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
