The HCM Solution Advisor Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers and SAP SuccessFactors/HCM partner solutions, leveraging a well-rounded understanding of business processes to present a visionary outlook for the future. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation skills, extensive knowledge of the SuccessFactors portfolio, and the capacity to connect with stakeholders at various levels.
Engagement with Account Teams:
This specialist will engage customers early in the sales process, aligning their needs and visions with SAP SuccessFactors solutions while assessing the likelihood of successful outcomes. They will facilitate business process discovery, laying the groundwork for effective solution recommendations, and assisting in business capability mapping and technical explorations that underscore the case for change.
By offering solution-specific expertise, the specialist will support new sales initiatives and promote adoption through clear competitive differentiation. They will collaborate closely with account teams to inform the overall strategy, contributing to the development of impactful themes and value propositions while conducting practice sessions.
Storytelling will be a key tool in their engagement strategy, enabling them to connect with customers on a deeper level. The specialist will also address inquiries from both customers and internal SAP teams regarding solution-related topics, always with a focus on enhancing customer success and achieving desired business outcomes. Consistency in messaging is vital, and the use of digital assets—such as recorded demos, presentations, microsites, and other reusable content—will be employed in all customer interactions.
Customer Lifecycle Engagement:
Upon closing a deal, the specialist will ensure a smooth transition to onboarding teams, partners, or Field Services. They will continue to champion the vision and impact of SAP’s solutions post-selection, fostering customer adoption and facilitating successful deployments. Their involvement will be crucial in helping customers realize the full value of their investments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience within large IT organizations or multinational software companies. SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred, alongside a demonstrated ability to apply product knowledge to specific customer scenarios. Expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules—such as Employee Central, Time, Payroll, or Talent Management—is essential.
A solid technical understanding of HR processes and workflows is required, along with familiarity with cloud-based services, including SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) models. The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated, with a strong ability to engage through storytelling. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication and engagement.
