Responsible for talent acquisition for different roles including sales function at all levels for PAN India locations.
Leveraging different sources to attracttalentlike employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk ins and headhunting etc. to optimizerecruitmentcosts and improve employer branding
Ensuring continuous process improvement/enhancement to improve TAT , quality feedback
Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools
Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in system
Creating strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles
Managing background verification, on-boarding /KYC documentation, induction of new joiners and asset management

Preferred Industry experience- NBFC/Insurance
