Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain handson experience in Human Resources within a fastpaced innovative company. The HR Intern will support various HR functions and initiatives contributing to the overall employee experience and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate with external recruiters and vendors to source candidates.
- Source candidates from various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are uptodate and accurate.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support including preparing documents reports and presentations.
- Help with employee queries and provide necessary support as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
