Job Description
On behalf of a real estate developer and asset management firm in Dublin, we have been exclusively mandated to recruit a Financial Controller.
Reporting to CFO, the ideal candidate will be a professionally qualifiedaccountant with a proven track record in financial planning and control, soundcommercial judgment and good inter-personal skills with post-qualificationcommercial experience in a property related environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost
Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. - Responsible for all financial and KPI reporting including monthly, quarterly andyearly reports.
- Responsible for all management reporting to allow senior leaders to analysecompany performance including the presentation of real time information tosenior management for development projects.
- Financial appraisals re proposed developments and tenants.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years Post Qualified Experience.
- Ideally relevant industry experience in real estate/ property/ construction/ infrastructure or similar.
- Ability to manage and motivate a close-knit team in order to achieve maximum productivity and results.
- Strong IT/ systems experience. Prior experience implementing new systems highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be city centre based at least four days per week but flexibility will be offered around working hours.
