Growing Houston area law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced appellate attorney to join their firm.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong academic background, good writing skills and 5 or more years of litigation experience, including appeals.

Strong organizational, reasoning, research and persuasive writing skills required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Courtroom experience (both motion practice and trial).

Flexibility, composure and the ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks when needed as well as the ability to remain composed and professional while dealing with complex matters.

Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
