About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced Civil Litigation ociate Attorney to join the hive on behalf of one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded law firm that is recognized for its Trusts and Estates and Healthcare/Business practice groups. If youre pionate about civil litigation and eager to grow your career we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

  • Develop relationships with clients elish legal objectives explain legal options provide legal advice and represent clients in court and mediation.
  • Draft pleadings and discovery for all aspects of a case including law and motion discovery motions propounding discovery depositions mediations and trial.
  • Take depositions of parties witnesses and experts.
  • Consult and prepare with experts for litigation strategies.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and theories.
  • Manage fact discovery including electronic discovery platforms and ESI issues.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive reporting to partners and client representatives.
  • Engage in persuasive communication and negotiation with opposing counsel.

Core Competencies:

  • 24 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong ytical research oral and written communication ss.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize caseload effectively.

What You Bring:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar.
  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving ss.
  • Ability to manage intensive fact discovery including electronic discovery platforms.

Ss Required:

  • Civil Litigation Case Management: Handling cases from start to finish.
  • Client Communication: Providing updates and legal advice to clients.
  • Courtroom Experience: Managing depositions and representing clients in court.
  • Research & ysis: Conducting legal research and articulating findings.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active California Bar license required.
