Senior Attorney
HIGHLIGHTS
Location: Phoenix AZ
Position Type: Direct Hire
Hourly / Salary: Based on Experience
Residency Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY
Our client is looking for an Senior Attorney to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex insurance defense matters including highstakes litigation.
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to insurance carriers.
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys.
- Represent the firm in the legal community and build relationships with insurance carriers and other professionals.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
- 1115 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
- Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters including highstakes litigation.
- Proven track record of success in representing insurance carriers and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Strong leadership management and business development skills.
- Deep expertise in insurance defense law with a focus on auto trucking premises liability construction defect and product liability.
Additional Notes:
- All positions offer a full benefit package and bonus packages.
- Relocation is not offered.
- Ideal candidates will come from a top regional law school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
- Interviews will consist of a phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
