Real Estate Attorney Closings
Our client a wellelished law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee property sale/purchase transactions title clearance and doent filings.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to foster a supportive highperforming team of support staff.
- Utilize Closers Choice real estate software for efficient reporting and ysis.
Whats Offered:
Base salary of $80K $90K (dependent on experience) percentage of closings. Estimated income allin is $130K$140K/annually3 weeks paid vacation 1 week of paid sick leave and 12 paid holidays75% employerpaid medical vision and dental insuranceEmployerpaid CLEs to maintain Florida licensure.
