Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our insurance defense legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury defense litigation but that is not a requirement for the position.
*Responsibilities*
Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs
Provide legal advice to clients on various legal matters
Manage a caseload from inception to resolution
Attend court hearings and depositions
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff
*Requirements*
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
Proven experience working in litigation or relevant legal field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
