About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced Transportation Litigation ociate Attorney to join the hive on behalf of one of our clients. This is a great opportunity for attorneys with 2 years of litigation experience to work with a dynamic national client service team. In this role youll take on substantial litigation responsibilities with a focus on defending transportation motor vehicle accident and personal injury matters. If youre highly motivated with a strong background in litigation we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

  • Independently manage a litigation caseload handling cases from start to finish.
  • Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
  • Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates and reports.

Core Competencies:

  • 2 years of defense litigation experience with an emphasis on transportation motor vehicle accident and personal injury cases.
  • Strong litigation ss including legal writing deposition handling and courtroom experience.
  • Excellent communication ss for client interaction and collaboration with legal teams.
  • Ability to integrate into a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

What You Bring:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience.
  • Experience with defending transportation motor vehicle accident and personal injury matters.
  • Legal project management experience is helpful but not required.

Ss Required:

  • Litigation Case Management: Handling cases from start to finish.
  • Client Communication: Providing updates and reports to clients.
  • Courtroom Experience: Managing depositions and court appearances.
  • Defense Litigation Expertise: Transportation motor vehicle accident and personal injury matters.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active California Bar license required.
