As our team of Rocketeers continues to grow, we are searching for a Product Designer to join our well-established design team.

Tasks

• You ll be involved in the creation of assets/design systems and carry out complex maintenance (linked elements, components, naming convention), ensuring proper documentation, quality and scalability;
• Implement new assets with the given constraints (deadline/budget/quality/technology);
• Responsible for proposing and testing new features to the existing products;
• Perform detailed competitor analysis and suggest new features/tools to meet market needs;
• Solve problems within a team environment consisting of SEO, Content, Tech, and Product;
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards;
• Represent the design team on missions (multidisciplinary projects);
• Act as a consultant to the product team on design-related topics;
• Identify any potential problems with our design system/products and propose solutions;
• Act as a mentor for junior designers and be accountable for their output;
• Perform detailed QA to design projects to ensure they match our guidelines;

Requirements

• Have previous experience working as a Product Designer and a portfolio demonstrating design skills and design thinking;
• Understand the importance of using data to inform design decisions;
• Bring strong experience working in iterative design processes and in multi-disciplinary teams;
• Have experience using Figma or similar design tools;
• Understand the capabilities of HTML and CSS (nice to have);
• Can empathize with our users and develop a deep understanding of their needs;
• Have experience in user research and the best practices implementing it;
• Have a good command of English and are capable of clearly articulating your concepts and evangelizing on their behalf ;
