The world is changing so does how we gamble! Hit Gaming was founded in 2022 with a vision to redefine iGaming as we know it. We are on a mission to remove borders by launching a universally accessible casino brand.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Design UX/UI based in Malta or Barcelona Spain to lead our graphic design team and oversee the UX/UI design for our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and UX/UI with experience in managing teams and working in iGaming. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine creative vision with a deep understanding of user experience and interface design.
Are you ready to HIT the ground running
- Lead and manage the graphic design team ensuring high standards of design quality and creativity.
- Oversee all aspects of UX/UI design for our online crypto casino and sports betting brand.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management development CRM and marketing.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
- Create and maintain design guidelines ensuring consistency across all design projects.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our design practices at the forefront of innovation.
- Utilize Figma for UX/UI design and Adobe Suite for design work.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the graphic design team.

- Proven experience in the online gaming or betting industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and Adobe Suite for design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and UX/UI work.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
