Head of HR

Tasks

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the companys business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function including recruitment onboarding compensation and benefits performance management and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management programs that attract retain and develop highperforming employees.
• Stay uptodate on the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership and employees on all HR matters.

Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• You have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
• Youre capable of building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Youre an expert in all aspects of the HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
• You possess a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in Malta.
• Youre a datadriven leader who leverages HR analytics to inform strategic decisionmaking.
• Youre a proactive problem solver.
• Fluency in English is a must; Maltese language skills are a plus.
