Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to represent the brand within the FMCG sector by identifying potential clients while maintaining a good relationship with both new and existing clients.
Tasks
- Identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and handle queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends market activities and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends competitive threats and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Prepare and submit Client Information Forms.
- Ensure a high level of postsale customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
Skills:
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
- Must speak English very well and a knowledge of Maltese and Italian speaking is considered an asset
