Job Opportunity in Mosta Malta: Italian or Germanspeaking Reservation Agent
Are you fluent in Italian or German and ready to excel in customer service Join our team in Mosta Malta and start on June 28th 2024 as a Reservation Agent!
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls to maximize sales conversions.
- Achieve sales callhandling and quality targets set by management.
- Communicate customer feedback for service improvement.
- Manage reservation requests and provide effective support.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize performance.
- Assist in crossmarket calls to boost sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Perform adhoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian or German (C1 level) with proficient English (C1 level)
- Valid work permit for Malta
- Available to start on June 28th 2024
