Job Description
Reporting to the Optimisation Manager your main responsibilities will include managing internal and external systems finetuning tools while ensuring their smooth operation onboarding new PSPs into the platform and maintaining communication between different technical departments and clients on open service tickets.
Location: Malta On site
Responsibilities:
As a Payment Optimisation Specialist your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing internal & external systems as well as finetuning tools while ensuring their smooth operation;
- Onboarding of new PSPs into the platform;
- Focusing on the continuous improvement of systems and tools for better platform performance;
- Regularly monitoring PSP performance and diagnosing problems;
- Being available oncall outside regular business hours to resolve urgent payment issues;
- Working alongside Payment Product and Payment Operations teams and delivering their needs accordingly;
- Sending reports when required to team leaders/managers;
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 year work experience with Payment Products and/or Optimisation;
- Previous work experience in iGaming will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of core payment processing & risk tools (paymentiq threatmetrix Fraudscore);
- Knowledge of SQL & CSS will be considered a plus;
- Excellent command of MS Excel and Google Sheets;
Skills:
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
