This is a remote position.
The bulk of the role is telephone based, speaking to candidates
- Welcome calls to new candidates
- Update calls to existing candidates
- Arranging appointments for consultants
- Telephone screening of candidates for positions.
- Reviewing job applications and assessing suitability
- You will be provided with a brief by a Director at Sigma Recruitment
- General marketing, and administrative duties
Requirements
- Degree qualified (+)
- Minimum of 1-year experience in telephone-based customer service/sales
- Strong telephone-based customer service experience
- Proactive, results-driven, and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised, process-oriented, and organiser of all things
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of MS-Office
- Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting, familiarity with working with deadlines
- Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills, additional MS Office skills are a plus.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM experience (+)
- Background in the following is desirable:

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
6. Laptop provided after 30 days
7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
8. UK Shift Times:
Tuesdays to Thursdays 6PM to 3AM Philippine time
Fridays 4PM to 1AM Philippine time
Saturdays 6PM to 10PM Philippine time
Sunday and Monday Off
