Job Description

This is a remote position.

This job post is open to Filipino and Colombian candidates.

Scope
  • Fulltime role: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time)(11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Colombian Time)
  • Focus on companies based in the USA
  • No specified industries or technologies
  • Use existing database of prospects
Responsibilities:
  • Develop endtoend client staffing solutions and oversee account management.
  • Build and nurture relationships to generate additional revenue through new prospects.
  • Drive customer acquisition and expansion leading both business development activities and account management efforts by collaborating effectively with recruiting teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients hiring managers understanding their business and needs to ensure expectations are met.
  • Take ownership of client relationships managing the entire sales cycle and exploring opportunities to expand scope and services.
  • Establish relationships with consultants on client assignments monitoring engagement and gaining a deeper understanding of client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Selfmotivated individual with a proven track record in prospecting establishing and maintaining profitable account relationships within the services industry.
  • Possess an established book of business.
  • Ability to overcome objections identify buying signals and successfully close deals.
  • Previous experience in staffing sales with corporations.
  • Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills.
  • Proven experience positioning and selling staffing solutions to new customers and market segments.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a sales team and mentor others.
  • Exceptional account management skills gained in a highvolume fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsdriven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Creates a positive and empowering work environment.
  • Adaptable to various groups and skilled in establishing common ground to influence others effectively.
  • Articulate in conveying technical challenges and possessing a highlevel understanding of web architecture.
  • Successful track record in recruiting for technical/engineering positions.
  • Experience in highvolume fastpaced recruitment environments.
  • Ability to build robust relationships with clients.
  • Independent and proactive work style with meticulous attention to detail.
