JOB OVERVIEW
The client a real estate company partners with builders and salespeople (referred to as "channels") to act as an intermediary between sales agents clients and builders. They are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to assist with transferring important data from documents in Dropbox to Salesforce. The ideal candidate must be detailoriented able to work independently and enjoy repetitive tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transfer data from documents stored in Dropbox to Salesforce.
Search through multiple folders and documents to locate relevant information for data entry.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when entering information into the CRM.
Work independently on repetitive tasks with support available for questions or clarifications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven accuracy in data entry work with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with using Dropbox Salesforce (or other CRMs) and Excel for data management.
Ability to comprehend tasks and identify relevant information in documents.
Comfort with repetitive tasks and the ability to maintain focus over time.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently while being open to seeking support when necessary.
TYPE OF POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS COMPENSATION & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
$6 AUD per hour
Project Based: Will run for 4 weeks (Minimum of 40 hrs per week)
Work From Home Set up
Can work between 8AM to 6PM AEST
Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 8 GB RAM i5 processor & Windows 10)
Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS)
