As a Virtual Assistant specializing in Digital Marketing you ll play a crucial role in driving online presence and customer engagement for two distinct businesses. Your responsibilities will span email marketing social media management and data organization for both an Airbnb venture and a farmtotable beef ecommerce operation. This position offers a perfect blend of creativity and analytical skills allowing you to make a significant impact on marketing strategies and customer relationships. You ll have the flexibility to work remotely ideally during evening hours collaborating closely with the business owner to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals.

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for both businesses from data entry to campaign creation and analysis
  
• Craft engaging social media content and maintain a consistent posting schedule using tools like Metricool
  
• Perform accurate data entry of customer information into marketing databases
  
• Write compelling copy for email campaigns and social media posts tailored to each business s unique audience
  
• Organize and maintain customer data across multiple platforms ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to both the Airbnb and farmtotable beef businesses
  
• Collaborate with the business owner to develop innovative marketing strategies and align efforts with business objectives
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing particularly in email campaign management and social media content creation
  
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools (e.g. Metricool)
  
• Excellent copywriting abilities for crafting engaging email and social media content
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks across multiple businesses efficiently
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the unique needs of each business
  
• Excellent time management skills to handle a parttime flexible schedule
  
• Preference for availability during evening hours (around 4 PM to 8 PM Central Time)
  
• Passion for hospitality and sustainable food industries is a plus
