Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our clients physical therapy practice. This role is crucial in driving patient engagement and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and social media management.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily marketing tasks to attract more patients to the practice.
Manage and enhance social media profiles to create and maintain brand awareness.
Establish and nurture partnerships to connect with affinity groups.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments ensuring a positive online presence.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
Organize community events and workshops to promote health and wellness.
Maintain and update information on the clinics website.
Requirements
Experience with marketing tools and platforms especially Prompt (EMR) Breakthrough QuickBooks and Meta/TikTok is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics.
