Age Criteria:

28yrs to 36yrs

Experience:

Minimum 4 years and above in any of the above relevant exposure and knowledgeable factors.

KRA:

  1. This placement will be a part of the Sales & Marketing team for onboarding Channel partners /City partners.
  2. Accountable for generating leads over the calls with potential prospective clients & partners across PAN India for channel partners/ city partners.
  3. Candidates should be well versed in creating an impact for multiple different cities' channel partners/ city partners.
  4. Should have excellent communication skills/ presentation skills to convey potential online distribution/ sales over cities to channel partners/ city partners.
  5. Should hold sufficiently understanding of R & D in the sales domain.
  6. To analyses the sales and potential in the various channel modes for forging business for each channel partner/ city partner.
  7. To maximise the output of each channel partner/city partner, sales development, appointing in each city to motivate, chase, drive & train them in each city, to get maximum revenue output out of that.
  8. To design a suitable sales pitch to address each channel partner, city partner, sales development to get onboarded to acquire new channel partners and city partners across the cities.
  9. To bring sales through telesales, email marketing, marketing campaigns and virtual meetings to construct a beneficiary bond, relation with each channel partnercity partner.
  10. To create a chain of healthy business relationships in all terms of business through channel partners and city partners.

Job Description:

Developing & executing sales plans to meet sales targets & KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis

Should acquire complete Knowledge of the Business (Product, Process, Company)

Growing Business through the development of new leads & new contacts

Build & maintain relationship with current & potential clients

Expected to do 100+ calls on daily basis

Scheduling frequent con calls / zoom calls of prospects with Senior Management.

Manage Day to Day Operations as per process set guidelines (Complete call process)

Maintaining Daily Activity Reports (D3L)

Day to Day Work Schedule:

Plan your day (day to day activity 200 calls, concalls, follow up, represent and research)

Follow up process (sending generic mails to the clients, sharing what s app 14 days video)

Revise with product (Cp pitch, product knowledge)

Team briefing (Training, mock calls, query solving)

Calls on your follow up leads (leads which is already there on a CRM, do the second level calling, solving client query & taking the call on the 3rd level towards closure)

If the call is ringing--> Send new mail, SMS and what s app

Post that manager Transfers the new lead to CRM

~Save the number of new leads

~Send the generic mail (5 pdf) to the new lead

~Take a call on a new lead

If connected

1st level pitch

Profiling & understanding its process

Basic details checking

Giving overview of CP & & Business opportunity

Sharing the details on what s app

If not connected than send new lead mail, SMS and what s app

Know your Plate

Do the city research

Region which is allocated (how many brands are there in the city, population, major posh area, city development)

2nd Team Briefing and understanding product, mock call, etc.

Responsibilities:

Achieving Target (monthly) Minimum 1 sale of 15 Lacs

Calling (new leads, follow up)

Following complete sales & call process

City research (Allotted to you)

Do quality check of your own calls

Arrange zoom calls or concalls for Manager
