Job Description
- Checks and monitors hygiene and food safety standard in all areas.
- Maintains the HACCP system into all food and beverage operations.
- Carries out water testing of all swimming pools on the four sites for free chlorine levels.
- Carries out water testing of the treated water produced by the RO plant and stored in all treated water supply holding tanks as per the scope of the Wettico.
- Maintains hygiene manuals for all areas of the food preparation.
- Conducts scheduled operational reviews, audits on hygiene and documents all findings. Work out improvement plans and assist area managers in implementing actions plans.
