Job Description
As a Facility Management Senior Officer, your role encompasses overseeing and managing the operational aspects of facilities within an organization. This includes supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets and expenses related to facility operations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for services. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for facility maintenance and upgrades, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that facilities meet operational needs and standards. Additionally, you'll provide leadership and guidance to facility management staff, contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
