Landscape Officer

1. Landscape Management: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscape projects, including design implementation, plantings, hardscape installations, and irrigation systems. - Collaborate with landscape architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and according to quality standards. - Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of outdoor spaces and identify areas for improvement or maintenance.

2. Maintenance Coordination: - Coordinate landscape maintenance activities, such as mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and seasonal clean-ups. - Schedule and supervise external contractors or in-house maintenance teams to perform landscaping tasks efficiently and effectively. - Monitor landscape health, soil conditions, irrigation efficiency, and plant health to optimize maintenance practices and resource utilization.
