Job Description

  • Provide Meet & Greet service to Jumeirah guests at Kuwait Airport for seamless arrival and departure assistance
  • Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure to provide a personalized service.
  • Ensure a paging board is displayed to identify the guests arriving at the airport.
  • Facilitate guest arrival to their pre-assigned transportation.
  • Liaise with Hotel transportation team for prompt guest airport pick up.
  • Assist guests with airline requirement for speedy lost luggage follow up and collection.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with the Immigration Authorities and Airline Personnel at the airport.
  • Facilitate Jumeirah guest requirements with baggage, airline check in and immigration for a hassle-free departure service.
  • Sell and upsell hotel rooms and F&B outlets.
  • Take note of the guest preferences and ensure it’s fulfilled.
  • Maintain balanced cash float and ensure accurate reimbursement; and inform Airport & Transportation Manager, Duty Managers and Team Leaders of any discrepancies.
  • Handle accurate Meet & Assist and Lounge booking and maintain an up to date filling of all related documents.
  • Handle accurate, effective and timely shift handover.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Airport & Transportation Manager, Duty Managers and Team Leaders all related operational information and requirements.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate update of department logbook with guest details and requirements.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate update of departmental reports; and inform Airport & Transportation Manager, Duty Managers and Team Leaders of any discrepancies.
  • Maintain an effective and professional communication and relationship with the whole team and any other supporting departments.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
