Job Description

Job Description

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the concerned employee or department.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested.
  • Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the Management.
  • Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Manage the reception area and looks after visitors.
  • Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management board.
  • Arranges meetings room booking by scheduling and coordinating appropriate meeting times.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and stationery and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support for any assigned tasks whenever necessary job.


Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales admin in a Real Estate company is a must.
  • preferably have work experience as a receptionist, front office, or a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and preferably Photoshop )
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Must have a cooperative, positive with an optimistic attitude.
  • Good knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Highly organized and presentable
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Be able to follow instructions precisely.
  • Attention to details .
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Calm, cheerful and professional.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Good command of English language is a must.
