o Develop and maintain a robust job architecture job leveling framework and compensation structure that supports our talent management objectives
o Lead the design implementation and administration of competitive base salary shortterm and longterm incentive plans and health/welfare benefits programs
o Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure compensation decisions are equitable compliant and aligned with performance
o Provide consultative guidance to managers on compensation planning salary administration and performancebased pay programs
o Oversee the administration of our benefits programs including enrollment claims processing and vendor management
o Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends risks and opportunities for optimization
o Develop and deliver training to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and processes
o Partner with the total rewards center of excellence to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement
o 8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management with demonstrated success in a fastpaced growthoriented environment
o Indepth knowledge of compensation planning job evaluation incentive design and benefits administration
o Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
o Strong business acumen and consultative approach with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear compelling narratives
o Proficiency in HR information systems and compensation planning software
o Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
