Job Description
The intern will learn:
- Basics of real estate investment and property management.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and real estate opportunities in Egypt.
- Basic selling skills and techniques.
- Communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
- How to generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- How to build an extensive network of clients.
- How to build relationships with clients, peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management.
- How to become a passionate, positive and target-oriented person.
- How to sell, manage and drive growth.
- How to take responsibility.
- How to find new solutions and new channels.
- Initial aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
