5. How to generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
6. How to build an extensive network of clients.
7. How to build relationships with clients, peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management.
8. How to become a passionate, positive and target-oriented person.
9. How to sell, manage and drive growth.
10. How to take responsibility.
11. How to find new solutions and new channels.
12. Initial aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
