We are hiring a Recruiter for our sister company NOK Courier (shipping and postal services)
Located in Maadi.
JD:
Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions to fulfill the hiring requirements Mainly for Blue Collars.
Initiate new sources and using current sources efficiently.
Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidates qualifications.
Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Design and update job descriptions.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
2 years of experience in the same field (Shipping companies background is a must).
V.good English level.
Proficiency in Excel.
High Communication Skills.
