- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Initiate phone calls to potential candidates to introduce them to job opportunities and gauge their interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates, ensuring they align with our company's needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
- Provide a brief overview of the company, job roles, and expectations during conversations with the candidates.
- Uphold a positive and professional company image during candidate interactions.
